Product Sync

How supplier products sync to the Nventory platform.

Sync Frequency

Product data syncs in two ways:

  1. Initial sync — when you first connect, all your published WooCommerce products are synced to Nventory
  2. Ongoing sync — changes to products, inventory, and prices are synced automatically via webhooks and periodic polling

Only published WooCommerce products are synced. Draft, pending, and private products are excluded.

Product Visibility

Once your products are on Nventory, sellers who connect to your store can:

  • Browse your full product catalog
  • Search by product name or SKU
  • Select individual products to publish on their store
  • Choose which data fields to sync (title, description, images, etc.)

You maintain full control over your products. If you update a price or stock level in WooCommerce, the change flows to all connected sellers automatically.

Removing Products

If you delete or unpublish a product in WooCommerce:

  • The product is marked as unavailable on Nventory
  • Sellers who already published it will see it flagged for review
  • Existing orders are not affected
