Product Catalog
Browse and search your supplier's products from your WordPress admin.
The Product Catalog is your window into your supplier's inventory. Access it from Nventory > Product Catalog in your WordPress admin sidebar.
Catalog Interface
The product catalog displays supplier products in a table with the following columns:

| Thumbnail | Product image preview |
| Product Name | Product title from the supplier |
| SKU | Stock keeping unit |
| Variants | Number of variations (for variable products) |
| Status | Published or Not Published badge |
| Actions | Publish / Unpublish button |
Searching Products
Use the search bar at the top of the catalog to find products by name or SKU. Search uses a 400ms debounce to avoid excessive API calls while you type.
Pagination
The catalog loads 20 products per page by default. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate through the supplier's full catalog.
Product Status
Each product shows one of two statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Published | This product is live on your WooCommerce store |
| Not Published | This product is available but not yet added to your store |
Viewing Product Details
Click on a product to see its full details including:
- Complete description
- All images
- Pricing
- Available variants and their attributes
- Categories and tags
The product catalog shows data from your supplier's store. You cannot edit supplier products — only choose which ones to publish.
