Bulk Operations
Product Export
Export all products from Nventory to a connected platform.
How It Works
Product export pushes your entire Nventory catalog (or selected products) to a connected platform, creating or updating products on Shopify, WooCommerce, or other stores.
Running a Product Export
Go to Integrations and click on the integration you want to export to.
Navigate to the Operations tab.
Click Export All Products to [Platform].
The export runs in the background. Products are created or updated on the connected platform.
What Gets Exported
| Data | Exported |
|---|---|
| Product title | Yes |
| Description | Yes |
| Images | Yes |
| Prices | Yes |
| SKUs | Yes |
| Variants | Yes (with attributes) |
| Categories | Yes |
| Tags | Yes |
| Inventory levels | Yes |
Products are matched by SKU. If a product with the same SKU already exists on the platform, it will be updated — not duplicated.
Selective Export
For Shopify integrations, you can also export specific products:
- Select individual product IDs to export
- Or choose Export All to push the entire catalog
Requirements
- The integration's product sync direction must be set to Outbound or Bidirectional
- The integration must be in a Connected status
After Export
Once the export completes:
- Products appear on the connected platform
- Future changes sync automatically via webhooks (if instant sync is enabled)
- Any failed items are listed in the sync history with error details and retry options
