Bulk Operations
Product Import
Import all products from a connected platform into Nventory.
How It Works
Product import pulls your entire catalog from a connected platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and creates matching products in Nventory.
Running a Product Import
Go to Integrations and click on the integration you want to import from.
Navigate to the Operations tab.
Click Import All Products From [Platform].
The import runs in the background. You'll see progress updates as products are processed.

Requirements
- The integration's product sync direction must be set to Inbound or Bidirectional

After Import
Once the import completes:
- Products appear in your Nventory catalog
- Inventory levels are set per stock location
- Future changes sync automatically via webhooks (if instant sync is enabled)
- Any failed items are listed in the sync history with error details
