Getting Started
Get up and running with Nventory in under 2 minutes.
This guide walks you through installing the Nventory plugin, connecting your store, and choosing your operating mode.
The entire setup takes less than 2 minutes. No API keys to copy — everything is handled via OAuth.
Install the Plugin
Upload the nventory folder to /wp-content/plugins/ or install directly from the WordPress plugin directory. Then activate it from Plugins > Installed Plugins.
Connect to Nventory
Navigate to the Nventory menu item in your WordPress admin. Click Connect to Nventory — you'll be redirected to create an account or sign in.
Choose Your Mode
During setup, select your operating mode:
- Supplier Mode — you have products and want sellers to distribute them
- Seller Mode — you want to sell a supplier's products on your store
Start Syncing
Once connected, your store is ready. Suppliers can manage their catalog from Nventory. Sellers can browse and publish products directly from WordPress.
