Amazon does not support webhooks. Nventory uses scheduled polling to sync data. You can configure the polling interval in the Sync Settings tab.

Bulk Operations

Use the Operations tab for one-time bulk imports and manual syncing.

Amazon operations

  • Import All Orders — fetch all orders from Amazon
  • Sync Inventory — update all stock quantities
  • Import All Customers — fetch customer data from orders

Amazon-Specific Notes

  • Amazon requires separate API credentials per marketplace region
  • FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inventory is tracked separately
  • Product listings on Amazon have strict category and attribute requirements
  • Amazon order imports include all order statuses (pending, shipped, cancelled)
