Connect your TikTok Shop to Nventory for product and order sync.
Connecting Your TikTok Shop
Nventory connects to TikTok Shop through OAuth authorization.
Prerequisites
- An active TikTok Shop seller account
- Your shop must be approved and active
Setup Steps
Navigate to Integrations
From your dashboard sidebar, click on Integrations to see all available platforms.
Click Add on TikTok Shop
Find the TikTok Shop card in the available integrations and click + Add to start connecting.
Authorize on TikTok
You'll be redirected to TikTok's authorization page. Sign in with your TikTok Shop seller account and approve the requested permissions.
Configure Product Fields
Choose which product fields to sync and set up auto-import/export preferences.

Bulk Operations
Use the Operations tab for one-time bulk imports and manual syncing.
- Import All Orders — fetch all orders from TikTok Shop
- Sync Inventory — update all stock quantities
- Import All Customers — fetch customer data
TikTok Shop-Specific Notes
- TikTok Shop has strict product listing requirements including category certification for certain categories
- Product images must meet TikTok's content guidelines
- TikTok Shop supports region-specific marketplaces
- Shipping is managed through TikTok's logistics partners
