Etsy Integration
Connect your Etsy shop to Nventory via OAuth.
Connecting Your Etsy Shop
Nventory connects to Etsy through OAuth — simply authorize Nventory on Etsy's website.
Prerequisites
- An active Etsy seller account with an open shop
- Shop must be in good standing
Setup Steps
Navigate to Integrations
From your dashboard sidebar, click on Integrations to see all available platforms.

Click Add on Etsy
Find the Etsy card in the available integrations and click + Add to begin connecting.

Authorize on Etsy
You'll be redirected to Etsy's authorization page. Sign in with your Etsy account and grant Nventory the required permissions to access your shop data.
Click Allow access to continue.
Configure Product Fields
Choose which product fields to sync and set up auto-import/export preferences.

Bulk Operations
Use the Operations tab for one-time bulk imports and manual syncing.

- Import All Orders — fetch all orders from Etsy
- Sync Inventory — update all stock quantities
- Import All Customers — fetch customer data
Etsy-Specific Notes
- Etsy listings have a unique structure with variations (size, color, etc.) that map to Nventory variants
- Etsy charges listing fees — creating products via export will incur standard Etsy fees
- Digital download products are not synced
- Etsy's shipping profiles are managed on Etsy directly
Etsy OAuth tokens auto-refresh. If authorization is ever revoked, re-authorize from the Integrations page.
