eBay Integration
Connect your eBay seller account to Nventory via OAuth.
Connecting Your eBay Store
Nventory connects to eBay through OAuth — you'll authorize Nventory directly on eBay's website.
Prerequisites
- An active eBay seller account
- Your eBay store must be set up for API access
Setup Steps
Navigate to Integrations
From your dashboard sidebar, click on Integrations to see all available platforms.
Click Add on eBay
Find the eBay card in the available integrations and click + Add to begin the setup process.
Authorize on eBay
You'll be redirected to eBay's authorization page. Sign in with your eBay seller account and grant Nventory the required permissions:
- Read and write inventory
- Read and write orders
- Read and write products
Click Agree to authorize.
Review Configuration
After authorization, the Configuration tab shows your connected eBay account details.
Map Locations
Map your eBay fulfillment locations to Nventory stock locations for accurate inventory tracking across warehouses.
Configure Product Fields
Choose which product fields to sync and set up auto-import/export preferences.
Location Mapping
eBay supports multiple fulfillment locations. Map each eBay location to a Nventory stock location so inventory levels are tracked accurately per warehouse.

Bulk Operations
Use the Operations tab for one-time bulk imports and manual syncing.
- Import All Orders — fetch all orders from eBay
- Sync Inventory — update all stock quantities
- Import All Customers — fetch customer data
eBay-Specific Notes
- eBay OAuth tokens auto-refresh — no manual re-authorization needed under normal use
- eBay supports both auction and fixed-price listings
- Variation listings (multi-variant products) are mapped to Nventory product variants
- eBay categories are mapped during product export
Nventory supports both eBay sandbox and production environments. Set the environment in your integration configuration.
